Terms of use
1. Provider
Us2 is provided by Kardashev Catalyst UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Trierer Str. 6, 50676 Köln, Germany (see legal notice).
2. What Us2 is
Us2 regularly asks you as a couple a question. You answer separately, then see both answers and can write about them. Us2 is not a substitute for couples therapy or psychological counselling.
3. Free days and Premium
The first 3 days are free for your space and require no payment details. After that, you can still read the questions, but only answer them with Premium. Premium covers both of you; one of you buys it. There is a yearly subscription and a one-time purchase; you will see the prices in the app before you buy.
4. Purchase, renewal and cancellation
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Their terms also apply. The yearly subscription renews automatically for another year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before it expires in the subscription settings of your Apple or Google account. Refunds and any right of withdrawal are governed by Apple's or Google's rules.
5. Your content
What you write and record belongs to you. You only allow us to store it and show it to your partner so that Us2 works. Please don't write anything that infringes the rights of others.
6. Your space
A space belongs to two people. Either of you can end the space or delete your own data; you can still download the export afterwards.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, and limited to the damage that is typically foreseeable.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
